| 募集概要 | Reporting to the Global CIO and the Japan Business Unit President, the IT Director for Japan will oversee all local IT operations and play a key role in supporting business growth and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for: -Collaborating with the Global CIO to develop and execute the IT strategy and roadmap for the Japan region -Managing domestic IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud platforms, and related services -Leading projects related to the implementation, deployment, and enhancement of business applications (ERP, MES, CRM, etc.) -Ensuring cybersecurity, information governance, and regulatory compliance -Managing external vendors and providing leadership to the domestic IT team (goal setting, development, and recruitment) -Developing and managing the IT budget while driving cost optimization initiatives |
| スキルと経験 | -Strong experience managing IT infrastructure and cloud environments (required) -Experience coordinating and managing external IT partners and vendors (required) -IT experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly knowledge of SCM, production, and cost management -Fundamental understanding of cybersecurity principles -Experience with key business systems: ERP (AS400, QAD, SAP, Salesforce), MES, Microsoft 365, etc. |
