TN GEORGIA, INC. Obtains Nadcap Certification for Non-Destructive Testing in Aerospace Manufacturing
— Supporting Expansion of Aerospace and Defense Bearing Ball Production —
Tsubaki Nakashima’s U.S. subsidiary, TN GEORGIA, INC., has obtained Nadcap (National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program) certification for Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) at its Cumming plant in November 2025. This certification applies to the NDT processes required in the production of aerospace bearing balls.
Nadcap is an internationally recognized accreditation program for special processes and products in the global aerospace and defense industry, administered by the U.S.-based nonprofit organization Performance Review Institute (PRI).
Achieving Nadcap accreditation requires exceptionally stringent quality control and audit standards.
The Cumming plant had already obtained Nadcap accreditation for Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection and Eddy Current Testing in 2024.
With the addition of the Surface Temper Etch certification required for aerospace bearing balls, the plant is now able to expand its product offerings to support a wider range of safety-critical aerospace applications. This will contribute to minimizing supply chain risk for customers.
As announced in our Mid-Term Business Plan last year, the Aerospace and Defense segment has been identified as one of our key growth areas.
This new certificate represents an important step toward enhancing in-house manufacturing capabilities in the future and will further support the global expansion of production for Aerospace and Defense components.
Guided by our Purpose, “Help the world to move by the power of precision,” Tsubaki Nakashima will continue to support our customers’ success by delivering high-quality products and contributing to keeping the world in motion.
