Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Business Development Manager - Americas to lead the development of our Ceramic BU business across the region. This role will be instrumental in building TN's footprint in the Americas, driving new customer acquisition, expanding relationships with existing customers, and creating long-term growth opportunities across strategic industries. As a member of the Ceramic BU Leadership Team, the Sales and Business Development Manager will not only lead commercial growth in the Americas but also actively contribute to shaping the global strategy and operations of the BU. Your responsabilities will be: -Develop and execute the Americas business development strategy for the Ceramic BU, aligned with global objectives. -Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in target industries (EV, aerospace, semiconductor, wind energy, healthcare, industrial machinery). -Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers (engineering, purchasing, R&D, and executives). -Drive value-based sales, emphasizing TN’s technical expertise, quality, and innovation. -Collaborate closely with the global Ceramic BU team (product management, engineering, operations, marketing) to deliver customer-focused solutions. -Provide market insights on trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to shape strategy. -Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions with support from BU leadership. -Ensure sales pipeline visibility, accurate forecasting, and achievement of revenue and margin targets. -Represent TN at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to raise visibility and generate leads. -Actively participate in the Ceramic BU Leadership Team, contributing to the definition and execution of global strategy, operations, and performance management.
Skills & Experience -Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field; MBA preferred. -7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management, ideally in advanced materials, bearings, or high-performance industrial components. -Proven track record of new business development and revenue growth in technical B2B markets. -Strong network in target industries (EV, aerospace, semiconductor, etc.) highly desirable. -Experience with value-based selling and solution sales. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Portuguese and/or Spanish a plus). -Ability to work independently, with strong entrepreneurial spirit and drive. -Willingness to travel extensively across the Americas (up to 50%).

Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Finance Controller to join our team and act as a strategic business partner across the organization. This role is central to supporting growth, strengthening financial discipline, leading automation initiatives, and ensuring compliance across all finance and accounting functions. Skills & Experience -8–10 years of post-qualification experience in finance, with mandatory experience in manufacturing; Multinational Corporation experience is a plus -Chartered Accountant (CA) or Inter-CA with a degree in Commerce -Strong business partnering and communication skills, with the ability to influence leadership -Proven ability to drive change and adapt to evolving organizational needs -Analytical and detail-oriented, with hands-on operational expertise -Team-focused, collaborative, and service-minded -Proficient in Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems such as QAD, SAP, and Oracle -Fluent in English and Hindi

Job Description Reporting to the Global CIO and the Japan Business Unit President, the IT Director for Japan will oversee all local IT operations and play a key role in supporting business growth and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for: -Collaborating with the Global CIO to develop and execute the IT strategy and roadmap for the Japan region -Managing domestic IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud platforms, and related services -Leading projects related to the implementation, deployment, and enhancement of business applications (ERP, MES, CRM, etc.) -Ensuring cybersecurity, information governance, and regulatory compliance -Managing external vendors and providing leadership to the domestic IT team (goal setting, development, and recruitment) -Developing and managing the IT budget while driving cost optimization initiatives
Skills & Experience -Strong experience managing IT infrastructure and cloud environments (required) -Experience coordinating and managing external IT partners and vendors (required) -IT experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly knowledge of SCM, production, and cost management -Fundamental understanding of cybersecurity principles -Experience with key business systems: ERP (AS400, QAD, SAP, Salesforce), MES, Microsoft 365, etc.
